Aquest 2020, el gaspatxo de síndria s'ha convertit en el preferit, prenent-li el lloc al salmorejo que en els darrers anys era el preferit.
No té cap secret, és afegir síndria al gaspatxo tradicional (o en la versió que faig jo, sense pebrot).
Per descomptat que és una recepta que podem portar a la feina, tant si som dels que aquests dies de pandèmia per la Covid-19 hi podem menjar o com a "mos" saludable a mig matí si hem de passar una jornada intensiva.
Ingredients:
- 4 tomàquets madurs
- 1/2 síndria petita
- 1 ceba tendra
- 1 cogombre petit
- 2 grans d'all
- 1/2 got d'oli d'oliva
- 2 cullerades de vinagre de poma
- sal i pebre al gust
Com preparar-ho:
- Pelem la ceba, els alls, el cogombre i la síndria, a la qual també li traiem les llavors.
- Triturem aquestes verdures i fruita juntament amb els tomàquets amb pell, l'oli, el vinagre, la sal i el pebre.
- Conservem ben fred a la nevera.
Alguns consells:
- Si el portem a la feina, el podem portar en un tàper i conservar en la nevera de la feina fins al moment de prendre'l, o bé, si no tenim nevera, podem utilitzar un termo, on posarem el gaspatxo ben fred en el moment de sortir de casa perquè se'ns conservi fresquet una bona estona.
